"We worked with Missy and her team to purchase a home in Latitude Margaritaville and couldn’t be happier! We live in another state and Missy was the perfect realtor to guide us through the process. She helped with everything from the design meeting to the closing, and she and her team sent regular emails with tips on everything from where to eat, to health care options in the area, to cool out of the way places to check out when we move to our new house. If you’re interested in buying a place in the Bluffton area, I highly recommend Missy Yost and her team at Coastward Realty."

"Coastward Realty was excellent throughout our transaction to Latitude. They provided outstanding support the entire build process. They also kept us informed with a timeline of things to get done as a deadline approached. Darren and Missy are the best."

"The team at Coastward Realty is awesome. When contemplating where to spend our retirement years, Missy's highly informative YouTube videos opened our eyes to the possibilities of the greater Bluffton area and now here we are. Darren was quick to respond to our online inquiry and he repeatedly demonstrated his commitment to excellent service. Sharon and I are especially grateful for the time Darren spent to understand our preferences and when he showed us Riverton Pointe, we knew where home would be. A shout to Payton too for her attention to the transaction details that made for a hassle free experience. If you are ever thinking of making a move, think Coastward Realty!"
